Home and Garden

Hello and welcome to Homes Of The Rich And Famous.

In the past we’ve shown you some pretty magnificent homes, but nothing will prepare for the palace we’ll be visiting tonight.   It’s the home of Prince Rahmed Sullemon the 3rd – I know – with a name like that you’d be expecting something special.

But sixteen bathrooms?  That’s just the tip of the iceberg.  I promise you, this place will blow you away.

Welcome back. Now we've got a really special treat for you.  This next house… belongs to one of our most famous - and most loved - sports celebrities.   It's a home with incredible architectural design, stylish interiors… and just plain good taste throughout.  (20)

Remember when we found the garden last week, it was a mass of dead and dying plants, infested with weeds and it kinda resembled a rubbish dump.  (10)

Hello and welcome to the program.  Today, we’ve got two houses right next door to each, both up for sale.  We’ve been following them both, and it will be very interesting to see how each owner goes about preparing their homes for sale, and of course, how much money they get.

One of the bigger renovation jobs in your house is laying down a polished timber floor.  It pays to spend a bit of time preparing for this work properly, and then you’ll be able to have it completed over a weekend.  So get your sanding mask on, and let’s get into it. (15)

If you liked Julie’s house, then you’re sure to enjoy the home of Mark and Sarah.  It’s got that same breezy feel, with an open floor plan and spectacular views.  Let’s go for an inspection.  (15)

Time’s running out for the team at 12 Victoria Street.   The rain clouds are threatening, and the front and rear painting still remains to done.   On top of that, we’ve just heard that the McClouds are thinking about cutting their holiday short and returning early!   How will they get out of this one? (20)

Whether you're building, restoring or just renovating, there are always a stack of rules and regulations to wade through.  So imagine the red tape involved if your house also happened to be a piece of Melbourne history… in this case, the project really did require a giant leap of faith.  (20)

They don't build too many homes like this next one anymore. It's a direct descendent of those grand European mansions of yesteryear, but all that old fashioned splendour comes with a very modern price tag. (15)

The rules are the same in every state, the better the view the more expensive the apartment.
